The fruit gets cut in our kitchen, the dough gets rolled by hand, and the night crew has the shelves stocked before the door opens. When peach season ends, the peach pies end with it.
When the shelves are empty, that is it until tomorrow.

Pie season moves fast
Strawberry in May, lemon in June, flag pies for the Fourth, peach until mid-August. We post the day something starts and the day it runs out.
