Who provides the service

Free preview and approval
The initial homepage preview is free and does not require a card. We aim to send it within 24 hours after receiving the business information and usable material. The website is published after you approve the preview, pay and provide any missing material. Your written proposal or order confirms the agreed scope.
Price and monthly plans
The published website package costs $299. It includes domain and hosting for the first three months. After that, hosting, maintenance and routine changes cost $39 per month. The $69 monthly plan includes that maintenance plus Google Business Profile and website SEO work. Monthly billing requires your agreement; reviewing a free preview does not create a paid subscription. Extra pages, major redesigns, integrations or other work outside the agreed scope require a separate written quote before a charge.
Cancellation and refunds
You can cancel before publication without a cancellation penalty; any website construction payment is refunded if the website has not been published. After publication, you have seven calendar days to report a material difference from the approved preview or agreed scope. We will correct it within seven business days after receiving the details and necessary access. If we cannot bring the delivered website into line with what was approved, you can request a refund of the $299 construction payment. A change of mind after approving and receiving the agreed website does not automatically entitle you to a refund. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within seven business days; bank processing time may vary. This does not limit rights that applicable law gives you.
Monthly cancellation
Monthly plans have no minimum commitment. Cancel by email before the next renewal; no new monthly charge is made after cancellation takes effect. A paid period remains available until it ends. Already used monthly services are not normally refunded, except for billing errors or where required by law. Hosting stops at the end of the paid period unless you arrange another provider. Cancelling a monthly plan does not remove your ownership of the paid website.
Your website and domain
After the construction payment is complete, the custom website files and your content belong to you. You may request an export of the website files and domain access or transfer information; we provide the available files and assistance within five business days. Domain registration should identify you as the owner. Third-party fonts, photos, plugins, platforms and other licensed materials remain subject to their own licenses and transfer restrictions, which we disclose when relevant. You retain responsibility for domain renewal after leaving our hosting service.
Materials, maintenance and results
You confirm that you have permission to use the photos, logos, text and other material you provide. Keep your account access secure and notify us of corrections or incidents. Maintenance covers the existing agreed website; service interruptions can occur while providers perform work or resolve incidents. SEO work does not guarantee a particular ranking, traffic level or number of customers.
Contact and changes
Send cancellation, refund, file or other service requests to info@eselsolutions.com. A specific written agreement can add to or replace these service terms if both parties agree. Later changes to this page do not retroactively change a paid order without your agreement. These terms do not cover a separate referral agreement or a contract you make with a business shown in a demo.
