Event decor · Bothell, WA

A rental catalog with the prices on it, which is what the competition hides.

Nani Party Services rents party decor and equipment in Bothell, Washington. They post their prices one at a time on Facebook and no competitor’s website shows a single one. The proposal gathers them all onto one page.

The situation

4.8 on Google with more than eighty reviews and no page at all. Their Google listing still offers «add a website», the option that only appears when a business has none, and they confirmed it themselves when we called.

What changed the page was looking properly at their two hundred Facebook photos: they are not events they staged, they are catalog shots of the items they rent out. With that material a wedding portfolio would be a lie, and a rental catalog is exactly what is there.

The decisions

The prices go on the page, straight from their own posts: the flower swag at 15, the stanchion with its rope at 10, the speaker at 20, the disco light at 3, the cooler at 40. No rental website in their area shows a single price, and that is the gap to walk through.

Everything that could not be checked came out. A «built last weekend» gallery needs photos of their own work, and those do not exist yet. An availability claim nobody confirmed does not get published. What went in its place is what is real: the price list.

Delivery, pickup and setup are named separately, because they are three different things and the customer chooses. You can rent one piece or have the team come and build the whole thing.

The section no competitor has

They run quilling sessions for groups of kids aged eight and up, at the party itself, with a two-hour minimum. It is theirs, they announce it themselves, and it appears on no other rental website in the area: it gets its own section.

What the page includes

  • Every item with its price, exactly as they publish it
  • Delivery, pickup and setup named separately
  • Google reviews in a carousel, verbatim and with names
  • Kids’ parties with a section of their own
  • The phone number checked against their listing and the call

If you rent for parties and your prices only live in Facebook posts that bury themselves, we will build the catalog and you see it before paying anything.
