How much does a website cost for personal trainers?
Anywhere from $400 to about $10,000, and the range is that wide because very different things live inside it. We charge $400 one time for a personal trainers site, hosting included, no monthly fee.

The three routes, and what each one costs
| Route | What it costs | What else it costs you |
|---|---|---|
| Build it yourself on Wix or Squarespace | $0 up front, $200 a year | A weekend of yours, and another one every time something changes |
| An agency in this business | $1,500 to $10,000 | A monthly fee almost always, plus weeks of back and forth |
| Us | $400 one time | The domain, about $12 a year, in your name |
What separates the agency from us is the size of what gets delivered. They build a multi-section site with meetings. We build one page made to get you called, and that is why it costs what it costs.
Why that price comes back fast in your trade
What you charge for a month of training runs $300 to $800. That is 1 job to cover the $400.
That is the reason it is one-time and not a monthly. A monthly fee makes you justify the spend every month of the year. This gets paid once and it is done.
What makes a site expensive, and it is rarely the design
- Taking payment online. If you need to sell and collect on the site, that is a different animal and we will say so: that is Shopify, not us.
- Booking with a real calendar. If your business runs on the schedule, you want a proper booking tool wired into the site.
- Lots of pages. One per service and one per city multiplies the writing, which is the part you are actually paying for.
- Photos. If you have none of your own, they have to be made. It is the cost most people forget and the one that changes the result most.
When it is not worth paying anything
If your slots are full and you will not train at 5am, do not buy anything yet. Open the free Google Business Profile listing, which costs nothing, and see whether that alone brings enough in.
If the listing keeps the phone busy and you cannot keep up, you solved it for free. Come back to this page the day you want more volume.
doubts
What people usually ask
Does the $400 include the domain?
No. The domain is about $12 a year and you buy it in your name, so it is truly yours. Hosting is included and not billed separately.
How long does it take?
72 hours to have the mockup in front of you. Going live depends on how fast you send photos and whatever wording you want changed.
What if I need more pages later?
They get added and billed separately. But it is worth starting with one page that works before paying for five that might not.
