Bakery · Hialeah and Tampa
Three shops, none with a website, and customers asking for a menu in writing.
Ena’s Secret Bake sells Cuban pastry in Hialeah, on 49th Street and in Tampa. The three shops add up to 2,916 reviews and not one has a page. The proposal turns their customers’ most repeated complaint into a phone call.
The situation
Three counters open: Hialeah Drive, 49th Street and Tampa. Together they hold 2,916 reviews and a 4.6 average. None of the three has a page: all three Google listings come back with the website field empty.
It is not that nobody finds them. It is that whoever finds them cannot tell what they sell or what it costs. Three different customers, at two different shops, have asked for it in writing in their reviews: a visible menu, a list, the prices posted.
The decisions
The page does not invent a single price. It says what is actually true: prices change often, that is why they are not posted, and the way to get them is to call. That does not dodge the complaint, it turns it into a phone call. The day they hand over their real menu, the section fills in and the argument closes.
The three shops go one by one, each with its address, its phone number and its real hours. Not «open seven days», which is what you write when you have not looked: every counter keeps different hours and all three are written as they are.
The header does not end in a cart or an order button, because they do not sell online. It ends in the phone number of the big shop, which is what they can actually answer.
Why there are three proposals and not one
Three full pages were built for the same business, in three different visual registers, so they could pick one instead of asking for changes on the only one there was. This is the one that opens with a photo of their own room, flower wall and neon sign, instead of a studio shot.
What the page includes
- All three shops with their address, phone and real hours
- A cover photo of their own room, not a stock shot
- Every section written without inventing a single price
- The header button dials the big shop’s phone number
- Instagram linked, which is where they post several times a day
