Hi, I’m Ani. For more than five years I have been coordinating events, helping couples and families bring their moments to life.
I started out with a South Florida events company, where I learned how a celebration is actually put together: the order of the work, the questions to ask a vendor, the things that only go wrong once. Since then I have coordinated fundraising events, worked aboard yacht venues, and assisted other planners in the industry, which gave me a lot of styles of event to learn from.
I love this work. My goal is to make the planning easy, fun and stress-free, so you can relax and enjoy your big day while I take care of the details.
How I work
One planner, start to finish. You are not handed to an assistant in the last month, and you do not get a different phone number on the day.
Every couple gets a written timeline, a floor plan and a budget they can open at any hour without asking me for it. Vendors get the same document, so the answers do not depend on me picking up.
I take a limited number of weddings a year for that reason. If your date is open, it is open properly.
