Everything the day needs, handled.
Planning, design, vendors, budget and coordination. You can hand over all of it or only the last stretch. The work below is the same either way; what changes is where it starts.
Before the day
We open with a consultation: the date, the guest count, the number you have in mind, and what the day should feel like. From there comes a vision board and an event design. Palette, table settings, florals, the shape of the room.
Then the vendors. We introduce you to venues, photographers, florists, caterers and musicians we have worked with, sit in on the calls, and read the contracts before you sign. Every booking goes into one budget with a payment schedule attached, so you always know what is owed and when.
Invitations and RSVPs are tracked as they come back. Room blocks are held for guests travelling in. The floor plan and the timeline are drafted early and revised until they are right.
The week of
Every vendor is confirmed in writing: arrival time, load-in door, contact on site. The final timeline goes out to the wedding party, the families and the venue, so nobody is asking you a question they can answer themselves.
We run the rehearsal (the processional, the order, who walks with whom, where everyone stands) and coordinate the rehearsal dinner when it is part of your package.
The day itself
You get ready. We arrive first, meet every vendor at the door, set the room against the floor plan, and hold the schedule from the first look to the last song.
Things go sideways at weddings. A delivery is late, the wind picks up, a toast runs long. Those are ours. The goal is that you find out about them afterwards, as a story.
Beyond weddings
Weddings are most of the calendar, but not all of it. Rehearsal dinners, fundraisers and family celebrations are planned and coordinated the same way.
