What do you charge to clear a drain or swap a water heater? This page costs $299, one time. The first job that comes in through it already paid for it.

before the call
What happens before they call you
- 1 A pipe bursts and they search "plumber near me" on their phone.
- 2 They see three or four names. They open the one with a decent page.
- 3 They dial the number at the top. If yours isn't there, they call somebody else.
That third step is the one costing you jobs. It's the only one we fix.
the page
What your plumbing page comes with
No filler. Only what makes the person who lands there dial your number.
- 01 Your phone huge and fixed up top, one thumb to call
- 02 "24-hour emergencies" clearly visible if you take them
- 03 Your cities written the way they're searched: «plumber in Hialeah»
- 04 Your license and insurance in plain sight, which is what puts people at ease
- 05 What you fix: leaks, water heaters, drains, repiping
- 06 A call button that follows them down the whole page
What a plumbing website needs
Most people who land on a plumber's site are on a phone with a problem in the house. In the US, "emergency plumber near me" gets about 110,000 searches a month and "water heater repair" about 74,000 (Google Ads data, September 2026). They decide in a few seconds whether to call.
Your number goes at the top and stays on screen as they scroll. Your CFC license goes in the first screen as text. If you take emergency calls, "24 hours" is written where they look first.
Each service gets its own line, written the way it's searched: drain cleaning (about 110,000 searches a month), water heater installation (27,100), sewer line repair (18,100), slab leak repair (2,400). A page that uses those words can be matched to those searches.
What those clicks cost in Google Ads
Plumbing is one of the most expensive trades to advertise. The average bid for a click on "emergency plumber" is around $76, and around $49 for "water heater repair" (US averages, September 2026).
A page that shows up on its own, without paying for each click, is the cheapest source of calls a plumber can have. That's why a $299 page is paid off by the first job it brings in.
What the best plumbing websites in Miami do
We reviewed seven plumbing websites in Miami-Dade before writing this page. Five of the seven show their license number on the page. SOS 24/7 Plumbing puts it in a heading, large. Douglas Orr Plumbing has a separate page in Spanish for Hialeah with its own phone number for Spanish speakers.
None of the seven shows before and after photos of its own work, which is the easiest place to stand out.

doubts
What everyone asks
Does it work if I only do emergencies?
It works better. The whole page gets built around your phone and the "24 hours", which is exactly what your customer is looking for at that hour.
Do I need a separate page for each city?
Not to start. Your cities go on the page in text, written the way they're searched. City pages make sense later, once the main page is already bringing in calls.
Can you show my license number?
Yes, and as text, not inside an image. It's one of the first things a customer checks, and it tells Google the business is real.
Can the page be in Spanish too?
The $299 page is in one language. If a good part of your calls come in Spanish, tell us and we'll price the second version.
What if no jobs come in through the page?
It can happen, and we're not going to swear otherwise. That's why the number is $299 and not $3,000: so one single job over the life of that page puts you ahead. What won't happen is us charging you every month for something that isn't working.
Is $299 really all of it? Where's the fine print?
There isn't any. $299 one time, a single payment, no monthly fee. The only thing on the side is the domain, about $12 a year, that you buy in your own name and doesn't go through us. And if you don't like the mockup, you get your money back.
Does this help people find me on Google?
That's what we write it for. Your page carries your trade and the name of every city you work in, written the way people actually type it: «plumber in Hialeah», not «integrated solutions». It carries your services one by one, your phone and your areas. We won't promise you'll come up first, because nobody controls that; what we do give you is a page Google understands and your customer recognizes.
Do you also do SEO?
Yes. Every page goes out with your trade and your cities written the way they're searched. If you want us to keep working on it every month, the local SEO plan is $59 a month: your Google profile kept current, something new on your site each month and changes when you ask. No contract.
I already have a Facebook page. Why do I need this?
Facebook works for people who already know you. Somebody with an emergency who doesn't know you isn't going on Facebook: they search on their phone and call the first one who looks legit. And there's another thing: your Facebook page belongs to Facebook. If they shut the account down tomorrow, you're left with nothing. This one is yours, with your domain and in your name.
Why does it cost $299 and not $1,500?
Because it's one page done right, not a twenty-page site. And because there's no office to pay for, no salesman, no designer and programmer each taking their cut. We don't charge you monthly either, so the price is the price and that's where it ends.
Is there a monthly fee or any charge later?
No. $299 one time. The only thing on the side is the domain, about $12 a year, which you buy directly and stays in your name. If later you want us to keep working on your Google presence, there's an optional SEO plan for $59 a month, with no contract. The page works without it.
What if I don't like the mockup?
You get your money back, all of it, and we don't push you. You don't end up stuck with something you don't like or lighter in the wallet.
How does payment work?
One payment of $299 up front, and that's the end of it. If you don't like the mockup, you get it all back.
Does the domain stay in my name?
Yes, yours from day one. If someday you don't want to keep working with us, you take your page without asking permission.
How long does it take?
72 hours from the moment you approve the mockup. Almost always less.
Can I ask for changes?
Two rounds of changes included after you see it live. Changing a phone number or a photo later on is free, you write us and it's done.
Who does the work?
A small team: we design and publish it ourselves, no subcontractors and no calls with 'the design department'. You always talk to whoever knows your page.
