before the call

What happens before they call you

  • 1 The A/C quits with 95 degrees outside. Nobody waits.
  • 2 They search on their phone and call straight down the list.
  • 3 The one who answers has a visible number and says "today".

That third step is the one costing you jobs. It's the only one we fix.

the page

What your HVAC page comes with

No filler. Only what makes the person who lands there dial your number.

  • 01 Your phone big up top, with "same-day service"
  • 02 Service, install and maintenance, separated and clear
  • 03 Maintenance plans, if you sell them, with the price
  • 04 The brands you work with, which also get searched by name
  • 05 Areas you cover and your real hours
  • 06 A call button always on screen

What an HVAC website needs

Two very different customers land on an HVAC site. One has a unit that stopped cooling today. The other is about to spend thousands on a new system and is comparing three companies. The page has to serve both without making either one hunt.

The emergency customer needs your phone at the top and "same-day service" where they look first. In the US, "ac repair near me" gets about 201,000 searches a month and "emergency ac repair" about 14,800 (Google Ads data, September 2026).

The replacement customer needs financing, the brands you install, a rough price and a way to ask for an estimate that isn't the emergency form. Installations have their own searches too: "ac installation" about 49,500 a month, "heat pump installation" 22,200, "mini split installation" 18,100.

Maintenance plans go near the top with their price. They're the steady part of the business: the customer pays every year and calls you when the system needs replacing.

What those clicks cost in Google Ads

HVAC is one of the most expensive trades to advertise. The average bid for a click on "emergency ac repair" is around $79, and about $47 for "ac repair near me" (US averages, September 2026).

A page that shows up on its own, without paying for every click, is the cheapest source of calls an HVAC company can have. One service call or one maintenance contract pays for a $299 page.

What the best HVAC websites in Miami do

We reviewed five HVAC websites in Miami-Dade before writing this page. Three publish their CAC license, three have financing and three give some idea of price. Famous Cool Air explains what drives the price up, which turns a number into a conversation. Cajigas AC lists a phone number per county.

None of the five sells a maintenance plan on the home page, and none has a separate form for a new-system estimate. Those are the two easiest places to stand out.

What it costs · one-time

$299 one time

Agencies in this business charge $1,500 to $10,000 for the same thing, plus a fee every month. We build one page ourselves, no subcontracting, and there's no monthly fee.

  • One screen Built to make the phone ring, not to be browsed through.
  • Your words Written with what your customer searches: your trade and your city.
  • Made for a phone Looks right on a phone, which is where they'll call you from.
  • Hosting included No monthly fee, not now and not later.
  • Two rounds of changes After it goes live, in case something isn't how you wanted it.
  • The domain, separate About $12 a year. You buy it, in your name. It doesn't go through us.
  • Money back if you don't like it You pay the $299 up front. If you don't like the mockup, you get every dollar back.

doubts

What everyone asks

Does it help me sell maintenance plans?

Yes. We put the plan and its price right on the page, so the customer brings it up when they call you.

Can the page sell maintenance plans?

Yes. We put the plan and its price near the top, with its own button, separate from emergency service.

Can I list the brands I install?

Yes, and it helps. People search for brands by name, and a customer who wants a specific brand calls the company that says it installs it.

Can new-system estimates have their own form?

Yes. Someone about to spend thousands and someone who needs a capacitor replaced shouldn't fill in the same form.

What if no jobs come in through the page?

It can happen, and we're not going to swear otherwise. That's why the number is $299 and not $3,000: so one single job over the life of that page puts you ahead. What won't happen is us charging you every month for something that isn't working.

Is $299 really all of it? Where's the fine print?

There isn't any. $299 one time, a single payment, no monthly fee. The only thing on the side is the domain, about $12 a year, that you buy in your own name and doesn't go through us. And if you don't like the mockup, you get your money back.

Does this help people find me on Google?

That's what we write it for. Your page carries your trade and the name of every city you work in, written the way people actually type it: «plumber in Hialeah», not «integrated solutions». It carries your services one by one, your phone and your areas. We won't promise you'll come up first, because nobody controls that; what we do give you is a page Google understands and your customer recognizes.

Do you also do SEO?

Yes. Every page goes out with your trade and your cities written the way they're searched. If you want us to keep working on it every month, the local SEO plan is $59 a month: your Google profile kept current, something new on your site each month and changes when you ask. No contract.

I already have a Facebook page. Why do I need this?

Facebook works for people who already know you. Somebody with an emergency who doesn't know you isn't going on Facebook: they search on their phone and call the first one who looks legit. And there's another thing: your Facebook page belongs to Facebook. If they shut the account down tomorrow, you're left with nothing. This one is yours, with your domain and in your name.

Why does it cost $299 and not $1,500?

Because it's one page done right, not a twenty-page site. And because there's no office to pay for, no salesman, no designer and programmer each taking their cut. We don't charge you monthly either, so the price is the price and that's where it ends.

Is there a monthly fee or any charge later?

No. $299 one time. The only thing on the side is the domain, about $12 a year, which you buy directly and stays in your name. If later you want us to keep working on your Google presence, there's an optional SEO plan for $59 a month, with no contract. The page works without it.

What if I don't like the mockup?

You get your money back, all of it, and we don't push you. You don't end up stuck with something you don't like or lighter in the wallet.

How does payment work?

One payment of $299 up front, and that's the end of it. If you don't like the mockup, you get it all back.

Does the domain stay in my name?

Yes, yours from day one. If someday you don't want to keep working with us, you take your page without asking permission.

How long does it take?

72 hours from the moment you approve the mockup. Almost always less.

Can I ask for changes?

Two rounds of changes included after you see it live. Changing a phone number or a photo later on is free, you write us and it's done.

Who does the work?

A small team: we design and publish it ourselves, no subcontractors and no calls with 'the design department'. You always talk to whoever knows your page.
